Living Healthy Alternatives Inc. – Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all returns, exchanges, and refund requests for products purchased from Living Healthy Alternatives Inc. (“LHA,” “we,” or “our”). By making a purchase online or in person, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Terms
1.1 Proof of Purchase:
A valid receipt, invoice, or order confirmation number is required for all return or refund requests.
1.2 Condition of Items:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange, unless they are covered under our defective item policy.
1.3 Return Window:
Return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery (for online purchases) or purchase (for in-store purchases). Items outside this window will not be accepted unless required by law.

Opened or used products
Perishable wellness goods
Custom or special-order items
Digital downloads, once accessed
Products labeled “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
3. Refunds for Physical Products
3.1 Approved Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item has been inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of LHA error.
3.2 Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee may apply to all returns except defective or incorrect items.
3.3 Processing:
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Bank or payment processor timelines may vary.
4. Return Shipping
4.1 Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4.2 LHA is not liable for damage or loss during return transit; secure packaging is required.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
5.1 Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery or purchase.
5.2 LHA may require photos or item return for verification.
5.3 Remedies include replacement, refund (including shipping), or store credit at LHA’s discretion.
6. Digital Products
6.1 Final Sale: All digital download sales are final once accessed or downloaded.
6.2 Technical Support: Issues must be reported within 7 days for replacement access or troubleshooting.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within the return window and are subject to availability.
8. In-Store Cash Purchases
8.1 Refund Method:
In-store cash purchases are refundable in store credit only, unless otherwise required by law.
8.2 Return Timeline:
Requests must be made within seven calendar days of purchase.
8.3 Condition:
Items must meet all general return requirements.
8.4 No Exceptions:
Cash refunds are not issued for in-store purchases under any circumstances except where mandated by consumer protection laws.
9. Chargeback Waiver
By purchasing products or services from LHA, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue constitutes a breach of this Policy.
If a chargeback is filed contrary to this agreement and deemed invalid, you agree to reimburse LHA for the disputed amount plus any associated fees or legal costs.
This waiver is in place to prevent misuse of chargeback systems and ensure fair resolution of genuine disputes.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
10.1 LHA makes no warranties beyond manufacturer guarantees.
10.2 Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
10.3 Customers assume all risks of product use and agree LHA is not liable for misuse or adverse reactions.
11. Governing law
The laws of the State of Illinois govern all returns and refunds. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Lake County, Illinois.
