Living Healthy Alternatives Inc. – Online Product Purchase Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all online purchases of products and digital content from Living Healthy Alternatives Inc. (“LHA,” “we,” or “our”). By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. General Terms
1.1 Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to make purchases through our online store.
1.2 Acceptance of Terms:
Completing a purchase constitutes a binding agreement between you and LHA, as outlined in these Terms.
1.3 Availability:
All products and prices are subject to change without notice. LHA reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to stock shortages, payment authorization failure, or suspected fraud.
2. Physical Product Purchases
2.1 Order Processing & Shipping:
Orders are processed in the order received. Estimated shipping times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed—the risk of loss transfers to the customer once the products are delivered to the carrier.
2.2 Returns & Refunds for Physical Products:
Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
Opened or used products are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued after inspection of returned products.
2.3 Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be made within 48 hours of delivery. LHA may request photo evidence or return of the product prior to issuing a replacement or refund.
3. Digital Downloads & Content
3.1 License Grant:
Purchasing a digital product (e-book, guide, video, or other downloadable content) grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Refunds for Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital download sales are final once the file is accessed or downloaded.
3.3 Technical Issues:
If you experience issues accessing your digital product, you must notify LHA within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
4. Payment Methods
4.1 Credit & Debit Card Payments:
All online purchases require payment authorization at the checkout stage. We accept major credit and debit cards through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Your order is not confirmed until payment is approved.
4.2 Holds for Cash Payment Upon Pickup:
Customers may reserve products online to pay with cash upon pickup if the “Hold for Cash Payment” option is selected (where available).
Items are held for one week from the date of order confirmation.
If payment is not received within the specified period, the order will be automatically canceled.
Held items are not guaranteed beyond the hold period.
5. Product Use Disclaimer
All products are intended for personal wellness use only and should not be used as a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Always follow instructions and consult a licensed healthcare provider before using products if you have medical conditions or concerns. LHA is not responsible for the misuse of products or adverse reactions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LHA, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of products or digital content. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product purchased.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
The laws of the State of Illinois govern all purchases made within its borders. Any disputes or claims shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lake County, Illinois. By purchasing, you waive the right to participate in class-action claims against LHA.
8. Acceptance
By completing a purchase or reserving products online, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions voluntarily.
